Tim started as a Groundman / Laborer with the Electrician's Union in 1979. He worked with them and other companies until 1986. He then decided to change his craft and enrolled in the Carpenter Apprenticeship Program with the Associated Builders & Contractors of San Diego. He completed the program in 1991. During his training and afterwards he worked for a general contractor in San Diego who specialized in military and public works projects. He worked as a Carpenter until 1996. At that time he was asked to join their office team and become an Estimator, providing cost proposals for projects the company was interested in obtaining. In 2007 Tim decided to apply for his own Contractor's License and start his own company.
